Renegade Networks & Consultancy Ltd is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in all forms. This statement outlines the steps we have taken and continue to take to ensure that modern slavery does not occur in our operations or supply chains.
- Our Structure and Operations
About Renegade Networks & Consultancy Ltd
We supply & support internet services along with hardware as a service (HaaS) to small & medium size businesses as a MSP (Managed Service Provider). We are operating as a VNO (Virtual Network Operator) using best practices & delivery via wholesale service operators.
We operate within the UK, mainly along the M4 Corridor, mainly within Surrey, Hampshire and Dorset along with Greater London.
Currently we have two directors and sometimes use contract staff.
Services are all based around IT infrastructure, Cabling, Network related equipment, Network Services in connectivity and Voice Services along with hardware.
- Our Supply Chains
Most of our services we have delivered via wholesales service operators only within the UK.
Products hardware generally are from US & Canadian manufacturer, also most may only come from UK distributors. Peripherals parts again from UK distributor may come from other countries but all generally have Kitemark, Check Mark or ISO Mark. This generally helps Renegade Networks & Consultancy Ltd understand where these have come from and our commitment to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015
- Policies and Governance
We have implemented the following policies to address the risk of modern slavery:
- Code of Conduct – sets out ethical standards for all employees and suppliers.
- Supplier Code of Conduct – requires suppliers to uphold human rights and fair labour practices.
- Whistleblowing Policy – enables employees and suppliers to report unethical or illegal conduct confidentially.
- Human Rights Policy – commits to the protection of human rights throughout our business operations.
- Risk Assessment and Due Diligence
We assess modern slavery risks by:
- Mapping our supply chain to identify potential risk areas.
- Conducting due diligence on new suppliers.
- Reviewing existing supplier relationships.
- Engaging with suppliers through questionnaires, audits, or self-assessment forms.
- Awareness
We provide awareness to employees, especially those involved in procurement and supply chain management, to help them recognize and respond to modern slavery risks.
- Review and Strengthen Modern Slavery Policy
- May be in future we can do more monitoring in our modern slavery efforts by tracking:
- Supplier compliance rates.
- The number of audits or assessments conducted.
- Training & completion rates.
- Any reported incidents and actions taken.
- Approval
